Cheese - Root Vegetable Pot Pie
Root vegetables are topped with biscuits and Colby Jack cheese for a hearty and warm dinner. Use leftover or refrigerated biscuits!
Salad - Copper Penny
What fun. You 'd never guess from the name that this is veggie salad with disks of carrot - hence the name - celery, green pepper and onion. All marinated in a tomato soup/oil/vinegar/sugar concoction, overnight.

Meat And Poultry - Sausage Crescent Rolls
Spicy seasoned sausage mixed with cream cheese and wrapped in crescent rolls. For a different variation, add thin slices of pepperoni on the bottom of crescent roll before the sausage mixture and shred cheddar on top of sausage; roll pastry over.

Desserts - Ruths Grandmas Pie Crust
This recipe is over 100 years old. My sister-in-law's grandmother said it was a no-fail recipe. It's the best I ever had.
